Add Terms of use and Privacy policy URLs to your business in Kinde.
Go to your Kinde dashboard, select your business name in the bottom-left corner. A pop-up appears.
In the pop-up, select Business details.
In the Terms of use and privacy section, enter the relevant URL(s) for your policies. You can add the Terms of use URL, the Privacy policy URL, or both.
Select Save.
After you add your Terms of use and Privacy policy URLs, users will see these links on the Sign up page in the widget footer.
When your users sign up or sign in to your business via the Kinde platform, they implicitly agree to your Privacy policy and Terms of use (or licence terms).

Some businesses want to record explicit acceptance and track who has accepted. This is also known as a clickwrap agreement, click-accept, click-to-sign, or clickthrough agreement.
To switch on explicit acceptance, follow these steps:
When you switch on explicit acceptance, it is set at the business level and will apply to all environments and organizations in your business.
The next time a user signs up, they are prompted to select the acceptance checkbox before they can sign up for your service.
You can see in a user’s profile when they accepted the policies, terms, and conditions.
The Terms of use accepted and Privacy policy accepted dates appear in the description. You will also see them in the Log list. These appear as log activity because when a policy is updated and new acceptance is recorded, the accepted date also changes.
